Bespoke Esthetique Academy Terms & Conditions: All chargeable appointments will be secured with a booking deposit fee. It will be deducted from the offered price and it guarantees the appointment. 'Cancellation' or 'Re-schedule' within less than 72 hours, means booking fees will be charged and are NON-REFUNDABLE* 'No Show' for the booked appointments, means booking fees will be charged and are NON-REFUNDABLE* * if the cancellation is due to medical reasons or other serious emergency, rescheduling the appointment will be accepted. No refund of your booking fee will be possible. Please arrive on time and please respect the minimum requirements mentioned in the Medical History form - no Aspirin and/or other blood thinning medication min 24h before the treatment; no Coffee/Black Tea min 3h before the treatment. We would kindly ask that you do not bring small children/babies along with you to your appointment, unless someone can watch them in the waiting area (keeping them safe & peaceful) outside the treatment room. Likewise, please do not arrive accompanied by other adults, as we must adhere to follow government's guidelines of social distancing and maintaining public gathering to a minimum. If there is a special reason for which to arrive accompanied by other adults, kindly note they will have to wait in the waiting area (i.e only 1 seat available) or anywhere else outside our business premises if they wishes to do so.
