'Cancellation' or 'Re-schedule' within less than 72 hours, means booking fees will be charged and are NON-REFUNDABLE* 'No Show' for the booked appointments, means booking fees will be charged and are NON-REFUNDABLE* * if the cancellation is due to medical reasons or other serious emergency, rescheduling the appointment will be accepted. We would kindly ask that you do not bring small children/babies along with you to your appointment, unless someone can watch them in the waiting area (keeping them safe & peaceful) outside the treatment room. Likewise, please do not arrive accompanied by other adults, as we must adhere to follow government's guidelines of social distancing and maintaining public gathering to a minimum. If there is a special reason for which to arrive accompanied by other adults, kindly note they will have to wait in the waiting area (i.e only 1 seat available) or anywhere else outside our business premises if they wishes to do so.
